    Analysis of the legal problems of ecological migrants. The regime of internal displacements is first presented on the basis of the relevant international principles and the doctrine of the unconstitutional state of affairs. The international humanitarian law provisions and the proposals for a new Treaty on the matter are subsequently treated. The conclusion points to the need to recognize the right to transnational ecological migration.
