    The remarkable convergence between Benedetto XVI and Habermas about European constitution is the starting point for an analysis of the political and cultural crisis of Europe. It needs to look for an ideal foundation for the European Union. In this way we come to the political thought of Luigi Sturzo, but also to the American experience of Declaration of Indipendence, the key document that sets out the principles on which is based the order flow, around which the people of the United States converge.
