    In the recently passed Law 5/2015, of 25 March, Aragon Grants, nearly half of its articles are copying or reproduction of the precepts of State Law 38/2003 of 17 November, General Grants. This paper analyses the case law of the Constitutional Court about the legislative technique of reproduction of State standards by laws autonomic, trying to deduce from it a general doctrine regarding this.
