    In this text, the author analyses data from an extensive survey conducted by Metroscopia in March 2014. During the survey citizens in Catalonia and in the rest of Spain were asked about their attitudes towards the debate on the independence of Catalonia. According to the data the author concludes that there is a high degree of pluralism within the public opinion about the “Catalan question” in Spain.
