    The article exposes from a historical perspective the judgement of the crimes against humanity perpetrated during the last military dictatorship in Argentina. Special emphasis is given to the incidence of international law in the construction of the Supreme Court case-law that permitted to reopen, in the 2000s, the processes that had been closed in the 80s and 90s.
